A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
Why I built this.
I built FeedbackDots because I was tired of the same loop: a screenshot pasted into Slack, a vague "it’s broken on my end," and twenty minutes of back-and-forth just to figure out which page someone was on.
The information engineers actually need — the URL, the browser, the console errors, what the user clicked right before it broke — exists at the moment the bug happens. It just never survives the trip to the ticket. So FeedbackDots captures all of it automatically and sends a complete report straight to Linear and Slack.
